1. Quotes & orders: All custom quotes provided via WhatsApp or email are valid for 14 days. Final price depends on model complexity, material, and volume.
2. Payment: 50% deposit is required to start printing, remaining 50% before shipping. Payments are secure via bank transfer or selected payment links.
3. Shipping & liability: We ship worldwide. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to carrier. 3D printed items may have minor layer lines – this is natural.
4. Intellectual property: You retain full rights to your designs. We keep no copies after printing unless requested for future reorders.
5. Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of deposit with full refund. After that, if printing has begun, refund is partial (material costs deducted).
